Having firsthand experience of the stress of a construction process with unclear completion dates and hidden costs, Phelan would stand for the contrary. Phelan Design Builders would work on building relationships with clients and crafting projects with careful attention as if they are family members. With this approach, any uncertainties and worries that may arise during construction are eliminated.
